Over the past year, Pride at Work Canada’s research team has examined how existing social barriers in the workplace limit the advancement of 2SLGBTQIA+ employees into senior leadership positions. Join us in anticipation of the upcoming launch of this groundbreaking research titled, Lead with Pride: Best Practices for Advancing 2SLGBTQIA+ Leadership. Our research team will be joined by 2SLGBTQIA+ leaders to explore how the research findings, tools and recommendations can be applied to support the leadership development and advancement of Two-Spirit, queer and trans employees in sectors across Canada.
