Join us for an exclusive FLOURISH & THRIVE Alumni Fireside Chat, bringing together ERG Co-Chairs and workplace inclusion leaders from across Canada to share their leadership journeys, challenges, and the impact they’ve created through storytelling.

Grounded in lived experience, this engaging conversation will explore how ERG leaders are shaping inclusive workplaces, influencing organizational culture, and building communities of belonging within their organizations. Through authentic stories and practical insights, panelists will reflect on what it means to lead with purpose, navigate complexity, and create meaningful change from within.
