COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY

At Hydro-Québec, we are committed to fostering a work environment that promotes inclusion and diversity. Our aim is to bring together skilled people who represent society as a whole. In 2017, we made our intention official with our Declaration on Diversity and Inclusion.

Following this declaration, we set up the Hydro-Québec LGBT+ community, an employee resource group that brings together people from the LGBT+ community and provides them with a forum. Designed to foster inclusion, the group represents its members in dealings with the company, provides an opportunity for networking and gives isolated employees a place to express themselves.
