Join us for an informative webinar on Two-Spirit and Indigenous LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace, presented by Marika Robert. This webinar, organized by Pride at Work Canada, will explore strategies for creating a welcoming and respectful work environment for these specific communities.

Marika will share their expertise and experiences to guide organizations in introducing inclusive practices and promoting a more informed work environment. This webinar is an opportunity to learn and implement practical steps to foster more inclusive and equitable workplaces for all, guided by the principles of intersectionality and allyship. The webinar will also include a Q&A session to answer your questions and share challenges and successes.

This presentation is not an introductory course on Two-Spirit people. It is about recognizing that the responsibility for creating inclusive environments does not rest solely on the shoulders of Two-Spirit people, and that it’s rather up to all of us to actively engage in allyship, to challenge systemic barriers and biases, and to foster a culture of intersectional inclusion.
