The business of disclosure at work can be very complicated for 2SLGBTQIA+ employees and job seekers. Following Coming Out Day on October 11th where many people discuss openly their gender identity and sexual orientation. Whether two-spirit, queer, and trans employees are “out” is very dependent on the psychological safety that is built.

Bringing both workplace and community experience to the table we will look at actionable ways to develop psychological safety.
