How Can Training and Development at Pride at Work Canada Help You: Discover the THRIVE Program

Templeton 2

At Pride at Work Canada, we are dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace cultures through training and leadership development programs tailored to empower Two-Spirit, queer, and trans professionals. One of our flagship initiatives, THRIVE, is a ten-week virtual leadership program designed to cultivate the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders in Canadian businesses.

Here’s what you need to know about THRIVE and how it can transform your professional journey:

What is THRIVE?

THRIVE is a virtual leadership development program that equips Two-Spirit, queer, and trans individuals with the skills and confidence to excel in leadership roles within inclusive workplaces. Participants will gain insights from prominent 2SLGBTQIA+ business leaders, engage in peer-to-peer learning, and develop actionable skills to enhance their impact in their current roles.

Exclusive Access to Top 2SLGBTQIA+ Leaders

Through THRIVE, participants connect with successful Two-Spirit, queer, and trans leaders who work at the forefront of Canadian business. This exclusive access allows participants to learn from the experiences of those who have navigated challenges unique to 2SLGBTQIA+ professionals and succeeded as inclusive leaders.

Peer-to-Peer Collaboration

The program fosters a collaborative learning environment, where participants can engage in peer discussions, share experiences, and tackle challenges together. With a mix of live virtual sessions, group activities, and self-directed learning, THRIVE helps participants discover their unique leadership style and cultivate strategies to drive workplace inclusion.

Why THRIVE is Essential for 2SLGBTQIA+ Professional Growth

THRIVE is more than a leadership training program—it’s a space to grow as an authentic, out leader. Participants develop strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, while building the confidence to lead with their full identity.

Supporting the Next Generation of 2SLGBTQIA+ Leaders

At Pride at Work Canada, we’re passionate about creating a future where diverse leaders inspire inclusive workplaces. THRIVE equips 2SLGBTQIA+ professionals with the tools they need to advocate for equity, influence organizational culture, and drive meaningful change.

The fifth cohort of THRIVE is open for registrations, and we’re excited to welcome another group of passionate professionals ready to take their leadership to the next level.

If you’re an aspiring or current manager, THRIVE is your opportunity to unlock your leadership potential and create a lasting impact in your career.

ENG 2025

THRIVE is a ten-week virtual program that will develop the next generation of Two-Spirit, queer and trans people managers. Participants will get exclusive access to Two-spirit, queer and trans leaders working at the highest levels of Canadian business and engage in important peer-to-peer discussions. Through live Zoom sessions, collaborative group study, and self-directed work our fifth THRIVE cohort will collectively unlock their potential as out leaders.
