Adecco is currently hiring full-time skilled Forklift Operators for a major national home improvement distribution center located in Balzac, Alberta. We are specifically seeking candidates experienced in operating Center Rider, Reach Truck, and Counterbalance/Dockstocker equipment.

• Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

• Location: Balzac, AB

• Schedule: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Construct cardboard tray boxes

• Replace items/inventory in totes with trays

• Operate forklifts to move products and pallets

• Piece picking, replenishment, and put-away

• Picking, packing, and shipping materials

• Follow safety procedures and company policies

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of MHE experience (Center Rider, Reach Truck, Dockstocker)

• Valid forklift certification

• Must own safety boots and safety vest

• Experience in order picking and packing

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

• Strong hand-eye coordination, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
