Adecco is currently hiring a Forklift Operator for a full-time, temporary position based in Brockville, ON.

This safety-sensitive role involves operating forklifts and various warehouse duties to ensure smooth material handling and inventory management.

The ideal candidate is experienced in warehouse operations, comfortable with technology, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Location: Brockville, ON

• Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; every third week includes a 10-hour shift from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Key responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials

• Receive, unload, and load goods at depalletizing stations

• Remove and dispose of dunnage material properly

• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counting

• Assist packaging operators and other staff as needed

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Perform month-end closures and invoicing activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues independently

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to reside and work within Canada

• Valid forklift license required

• 1 to 5 years of warehouse experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems; experience with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods

• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Must pass a drug test
