Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant on a temporary full-time or part-time basis for an exciting opportunity supporting a high-profile healthcare initiative. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys providing administrative and coordination support to senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.

In this role, you will support executive leadership and governance committees by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth flow of information and documentation across multiple organizations and teams.

  • Pay Rate: $25–$40/hour

  • Location: Regina, SK

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Manage correspondence, meeting scheduling, and document coordination.

  • Coordinate calendars, meeting logistics, and follow-up activities.

  • Support governance committees and leadership groups through effective organization and administration.

Meeting & Committee Coordination

  • Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings.

  • Prepare agendas, meeting packages, presentations, and supporting documentation.

  • Record meeting minutes, decisions, and action items accurately.

  • Maintain action logs, decision logs, attendance records, and follow-up documentation.

  • Distribute meeting materials and ensure documentation is stored and shared according to established procedures.

Documentation & Records Management

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.

  • Support document routing, approvals, and version control processes.

  • Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and securely.

  • Assist with preparing reports, summaries, briefing materials, and presentations.

Project & Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to support ongoing initiatives and projects.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Provide administrative assistance for special projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Support communication and coordination activities across diverse teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience providing administrative, executive, project coordination, or committee support in a complex environment.

  • Experience supporting healthcare, public sector, government, or multi-stakeholder organizations is considered a strong asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including:

    • Outlook

    • Teams

    • Word

    • Excel

    • PowerPoint

  • Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems is considered an asset.

  • Strong computer and document management skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Strong problem-solving and administrative coordination abilities.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
