Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Order Management Specialist for a 1-year contract. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience through collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

  • Pay Rate: $31.00/hour

  • Location: Mississauga, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for customers, key accounts, and distributors

  • Process and manage sales orders in SAP, iBuy, or similar systems

  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate order status to customers

  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements

  • Monitor open orders, billing, and reporting to ensure accuracy

  • Resolve order, delivery, and return issues professionally and efficiently

  • Provide product information, technical documents, and recommendations

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Experience with order management systems (SAP preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

  • Post-secondary education preferred

  • Customer-first mindset

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Collaboration and teamwork

  • Process improvement orientation

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
