Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Order Management Specialist for a 1-year contract. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience through collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
Pay Rate: $31.00/hour
Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for customers, key accounts, and distributors
Process and manage sales orders in SAP, iBuy, or similar systems
Coordinate deliveries and communicate order status to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements
Monitor open orders, billing, and reporting to ensure accuracy
Resolve order, delivery, and return issues professionally and efficiently
Provide product information, technical documents, and recommendations
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with order management systems (SAP preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Post-secondary education preferred
Customer-first mindset
Attention to detail and accuracy
Collaboration and teamwork
Process improvement orientation
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
