Salary: 80-100k/year
Location: Delhi, Ontario
Schedule: Monday to Friday (business hours)

Responsibilities
Manage and support a sales team of two representatives
Set sales targets and monitor team performance
Provide coaching and guidance to support deal closure and performance improvement
Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Ontario
Build strong relationships with farm owners, developers, contractors, and commercial clients
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence
Lead the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to signed contract
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project teams to prepare proposals
Present building solutions and project concepts to prospective clients
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Maintain and grow relationships with key clients
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction, building systems, or a related industry
Previous experience leading or managing a sales team is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Nice-to-Have
Experience selling pre-engineered steel buildings
Existing network within agricultural or commercial construction markets
