Adecco is currently hiring a Sales Manager for a full-time opportunity with a growing and innovative company in the construction and building solutions industry. This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships, leading teams, and driving business growth.

If you’re a hands-on leader with a strong sales background and enjoy closing deals while mentoring others, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

  • Salary: 80-100k/year

  • Location: Delhi, Ontario

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (business hours)

  • Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

  • Salary & Benefits: Competitive base salary | Commission and performance incentives | Vehicle allowance (if applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a sales team of two representatives

  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance

  • Provide coaching and guidance to support deal closure and performance improvement

  • Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Ontario

  • Build strong relationships with farm owners, developers, contractors, and commercial clients

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to signed contract

  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project teams to prepare proposals

  • Present building solutions and project concepts to prospective clients

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction, building systems, or a related industry

  • Previous experience leading or managing a sales team is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling pre-engineered steel buildings

  • Existing network within agricultural or commercial construction markets
