Adecco is currently hiring a Project Management & Admin Coordinator for a full-time temporary opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. This is a high-impact coordination role ideal for someone who thrives in structured, fast-moving environments and enjoys being at the centre of large-scale operations that support one of the world’s biggest sporting events.

Step into the engine room of tournament operations where recruitment, onboarding, workforce tracking, and real-time coordination all come together to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and energized by complex, high-volume coordination, this role is for you.

  • Salary: $25.00/hour

  • Location: Vancouver, BC

  • Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule including evenings and peak operational periods as required

  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring alignment with tournament requirements

  • Track recruitment progress, onboarding milestones, and training completion across multiple functional areas

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials prior to operational launch

  • Support onboarding and check-in processes for temporary staff, ensuring compliance and smooth integration

  • Manage workforce operations during tournament periods including attendance, overtime tracking, and escalations

  • Act as a key liaison between staffing agencies, PMO teams, and internal functional departments

  • Maintain accurate workforce records, including time reporting and allocation tracking

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

  • Support controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of time reporting processes

  • Generate regular workforce and operations reports for leadership teams

  • Collaborate closely with multiple functional areas including Client Services, Transport, Fleet, and Venue Operations

  • Support issue resolution between staffing partners and internal operational teams during live operations

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a strong asset)

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and structured approach

  • Experience in administration, project coordination, HR coordination, or operations support is an asset

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • High level of accuracy and accountability in reporting and data management

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Flexible availability during peak operational and tournament periods
