Adecco is currently hiring a Project Management & Admin Coordinator for a full-time temporary opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. This is a high-impact coordination role ideal for someone who thrives in structured, fast-moving environments and enjoys being at the centre of large-scale operations that support one of the world’s biggest sporting events.
Step into the engine room of tournament operations where recruitment, onboarding, workforce tracking, and real-time coordination all come together to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Salary: $25.00/hour
Location: Vancouver, BC
Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule including evenings and peak operational periods as required

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring alignment with tournament requirements
Track recruitment progress, onboarding milestones, and training completion across multiple functional areas
Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials prior to operational launch
Support onboarding and check-in processes for temporary staff, ensuring compliance and smooth integration
Manage workforce operations during tournament periods including attendance, overtime tracking, and escalations
Act as a key liaison between staffing agencies, PMO teams, and internal functional departments
Maintain accurate workforce records, including time reporting and allocation tracking
Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Support controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of time reporting processes
Generate regular workforce and operations reports for leadership teams
Collaborate closely with multiple functional areas including Client Services, Transport, Fleet, and Venue Operations
Support issue resolution between staffing partners and internal operational teams during live operations
Requirements
Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a strong asset)
Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment
Strong communication skills with a professional and structured approach
Experience in administration, project coordination, HR coordination, or operations support is an asset
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of accuracy and accountability in reporting and data management
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Flexible availability during peak operational and tournament periods
