We are currently hiring an Account Manager – Service Delivery for a leading financial services organization. This is a strong opportunity for a client-focused professional with experience in wealth management or investment services who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
This role sits within a Service Delivery team supporting Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal operational teams. The focus is on delivering high-quality client service, ensuring timely issue resolution, and continuously improving the overall client experience.
Pay Rate: $30.10/hour
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by coordinating effectively with internal NBIN teams and divisions
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal support functions to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain a strong understanding of NBIN systems, processes, and operational procedures
Ensure timely and complete resolution of client inquiries, responding within established SLA timelines
Track all client interactions, escalations, and service requests using Salesforce Service Cloud
Proactively communicate updates, product changes, and service enhancements to clients
Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance, identify issues, and implement solutions
Document client interactions, follow-ups, and ongoing service issues with accuracy and detail
Provide guidance and education to clients on policies, procedures, and service offerings
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Act as a liaison with internal operational teams to ensure timely execution of client-related tasks
Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and business functions
Qualifications
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
University degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a wealth management or financial services client service role
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required
Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is considered an asset
Strong understanding of financial services regulations and industry practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; French is an asset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
