We are currently hiring an Account Manager – Service Delivery for a leading financial services organization. This is a strong opportunity for a client-focused professional with experience in wealth management or investment services who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

This role sits within a Service Delivery team supporting Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal operational teams. The focus is on delivering high-quality client service, ensuring timely issue resolution, and continuously improving the overall client experience.

  • Pay Rate: $30.10/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by coordinating effectively with internal NBIN teams and divisions

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal support functions to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Maintain a strong understanding of NBIN systems, processes, and operational procedures

  • Ensure timely and complete resolution of client inquiries, responding within established SLA timelines

  • Track all client interactions, escalations, and service requests using Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Proactively communicate updates, product changes, and service enhancements to clients

  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance, identify issues, and implement solutions

  • Document client interactions, follow-ups, and ongoing service issues with accuracy and detail

  • Provide guidance and education to clients on policies, procedures, and service offerings

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency

  • Act as a liaison with internal operational teams to ensure timely execution of client-related tasks

  • Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and business functions

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • University degree required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a wealth management or financial services client service role

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required

  • Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is considered an asset

  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations and industry practices

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; French is an asset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused mindset
