Hydro-Québec
Hydro-Québec has been generating, transmitting and distributing electricity for over 75 years. We are North America’s biggest producer of clean, renewable energy.
Following this declaration, we set up the Hydro-Québec LGBT+ community, an employee resource group that brings together people from the LGBT+ community and provides them with a forum. Designed to foster inclusion, the group represents its members in dealings with the company, provides an opportunity for networking and gives isolated employees a place to express themselves.
We believe that diversity is a source of collective energy that will help make Hydro-Québec an even more efficient, innovative and agile company.
