Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play essential roles in building networks and creating opportunities to put peer support into action. Join us to learn from a panel of ERG leaders who are skilled in peer support. Peer support provides strategies to navigate conflict, challenge discrimination in the workplace, and cope with issues outside of the workplace that 2SLGBTQIA+ people face. When ERGs are empowered and well resourced, they can create meaningful impacts on employee well-being.
