FLOURISH is an eight-week virtual leadership program designed to develop the skills and confidence of 2SLGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders in Canada. Through interactive sessions, peer learning, and strategic storytelling, participants will gain tools to lead with purpose, build a welcoming culture, and drive measurable impact within their organizations.

Whether you’re a first-time ERG lead or an experienced advocate, FLOURISH offers a space to grow, connect, and lead with intention.

Session 1: From Policy to Practice – Living Our Rights, Honoring Our Identities

October 7, 2025 at 6pm-8pm ET

  • Explore the gap between workplace policies and lived experiences
  • Build advocacy language for inclusive change
  • Identify systemic barriers impacting queer and trans staff

Jonah Ssenyange
Founder of Nthusa Consulting Group

Jonah Ssenyange is a dynamic speaker and strategic advisor known for his ability to inspire and transform individuals and organizations. As the Founder of Nthusa Consulting Group, a boutique leadership consulting firm based in Toronto, his passion is helping leaders level up in their lives and careers while reimagining how organizations function.

He has worked with industry leaders such as Outward Bound Canada, Ellis Don, and the UHN Foundation, among many others. His unique talent for breaking down complex topics while emphasizing the importance of recognizing our shared humanity and the value of community makes his teachings impactful and actionable.

With an engaging personality and a deep understanding of human dynamics, Jonah uses a unique blend of authenticity, storytelling and humour, believing his work will ultimately enact positive change in the world one conversation at a time.

He is currently one of the instructors of Humber Polytechnic’s new Microcredential Certificate: Dismantling Systemic Barriers in People-Centric Practices.

Chief Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer
Fasken

Letecia Rose is the Chief Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Fasken. As a seasoned equity strategist, she works with the Firm’s leadership to drive inclusive outcomes and cultivate a culture of inclusion and belonging, ensuring that every member of the Firm feels valued and supported.

Passionate about creating inclusive spaces and delivering equitable outcomes, her values-driven approach centred around ‘fostering proximity to promote empathy’ combined with her ability to design people-centred solutions has made her a trusted voice and thought leader.

Letecia’s cross-sector experience spans corporate, non-profit, and public sectors, where she has built and led EDI strategies that drives both culture change and measurable business outcomes. She has worked with boards, senior executives, and HR teams to embed equity into talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. Her collaborative and data-informed approach has helped organizations align values with action to create sustainable impact.

Letecia is a recognized as a leader in diversity, social justice, and community engagement and has received the United Way Innovation and Creativity Award, a Vital People award from the Toronto Community Foundation, the Mercedes Benz Emerging Leader recognition at the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) Top 100 Awards and was named a Top 100 Accomplished Black Leaders for 2024.

Jeremy Long
Executive Leadership Coach & Culture Strategist

Special Feature: The Situation Room

October 28 6pm-8pm ET & November 11, 2025 6pm-7pm ET
The Situation Room is a hands-on, facilitated session designed to pressure-test real-world ERG challenges in a collaborative, judgment-free space. Participants will bring workplace scenarios and navigate them alongside facilitators and peers, gaining practical tools for strategy, communication, and problem-solving.

Zack Sandor-Ker
Founder and Creativity Coach of StoryPanda

Zack Sandor-Kerr is a bisexual, Toronto-based artist, facilitator and creativity coach with a background in marketing, communications, and content strategy. For over a decade, Zack worked in leading public relations and content marketing agencies, supporting major brands across sectors through integrated campaigns, public relations strategy, and storytelling that connected audiences with purpose-driven messages.

Today, Zack brings that same strategic thinking into the world of creative facilitation. His art-led practice centers on the belief that everyone is inherently creative—and that creativity is a tool for tangible business impact, connection, well-being, and change. Through workshops, coaching, and artistic experiences, Zack helps individuals and teams unlock their own creative potential, offering playful and accessible ways to explore wellness, identity, expression, and collaboration.

Applications will open on August 12, 2025 and close on September 23, 2025.

Application

To support a positive learning experience the number of participants in FLOURISH will be limited. Please provide us with some information about who you are and why you’d like to participate. We’ll use this information to determine a FLOURISH cohort that represents the broad diversity of both the workplaces and communities we serve.

Those selected for the FLOURISH cohort will pay a participation fee of $1500 (+ tax) for employees of Pride at Work Canada’s Proud Partners & Community Partners and $2000 (+ tax) for employees of other organizations, due upon acceptance.

All submissions are private and confidential, reviewed only by Pride at Work Canada staff.
