Made up of multiple intersecting identities, Out and Proud works with HOOPP’s executive and management teams to elevate the voices of our LGBTQ+ community. Together, they empower and support everyone to bring their authentic selves to work, educate on issues related to LGBTQ+ and intersecting experiences, and champion diversity and inclusion.Vision for the future
