The session begins with a 10-minute introduction, followed by an audience-driven Q&A segment exploring various aspects of allyship, its objectives, and best practices within work environments.
Topics to be covered:

- Understanding the goals and strategies for effective allyship in professional settings.
- Sharing best practices for promoting inclusivity and support for queer and trans individuals in the workplace.
Audience Participation:
Participants are encouraged to actively engage by submitting workplace-focused questions related to allyship, supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ colleagues, and cultivating inclusive work environments.
