Realize and Pride at Work Canada are working together to expand our collective knowledge of issues that directly impact the employment journey of members of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities living with episodic disabilities in Canadian workplaces.

We welcome 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals with episodic disabilities to join us for a paid focus group where we will share our experiences, identify barriers to employment and accommodations, and explore the resources and supports required to access employment when and how we need it.

  • Centre lived experiences to inform and increase the capacity of employers on leading practices in accommodating employees living with episodic disabilities.
