Community Referral Network

Home / Community Referral Network

At Pride at Work Canada, we believe in building strong, values-aligned connections that support our community beyond our programs.

Our Community Referral Network features trusted professionals and organizations we are collaborating with through a pilot referral initiative. Each partner has been selected for their expertise, alignment with our mission, and commitment to inclusive, affirming practices.

Whether you’re looking for coaching or other professional services, this space connects you with providers who understand and support 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and workplaces.

We’ll continue to grow this network over time—check back for new partners and offerings.

  • Mackenzie Kolton, CEC (she/her) – Executive Coaching

Mackenzie Kolton is a Certified Executive Coach specializing in leadership development across the nonprofit and social impact sectors. Her work is grounded in inclusive leadership, systems change, and trauma-informed approaches, supporting leaders to navigate complexity, conflict, and conversations around identity and organizational culture with clarity and confidence.

She has worked with senior leaders across corporate, government, education, and nonprofit spaces—including organizations like Egale Canada, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Get REAL Movement—and brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a queer leader to her coaching practice.
