About Elevate Aviation

Elevate Aviation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering inclusivity in the aviation and aerospace industry. We believe representation matters, and are committed to breaking down barriers so everyone—regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or background—can see themselves in aviation. Through mentorship, bursaries, and training programs, we empower individuals at all ages and stages of life to thrive in aviation careers. Our Workplace Culture Consulting services help aviation organizations create truly inclusive environments where employees feel valued, innovation flourishes, and businesses succeed. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all training—we collaborate with employers to create lasting change, ensuring the workplace is welcoming and supportive for all. The Elevate Aviation Learning Centre provides a unique, inclusive approach to aviation education, from kindergarten to career. We connect individuals with accessible learning experiences and career support to remove barriers and open doors to economic stability and long-term success in the industry.
