Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Workforce Operations Coordinator to support our client’s workforce and contractor management programs in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Service Orders, maintaining accurate data, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This role requires you to be detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:

Service Order Management & Coordination

  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Workforce Operations team.

  • Prepare, process, and deliver Contractor Service Orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and compliant.

  • Proactively monitor contract timelines and alert stakeholders of upcoming expirations.

  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of services aligned with established standards.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Collect, maintain, and analyze workforce labour data on a continuous and as‑needed basis.

  • Perform regular quality checks on all data inputs, reports, and documentation.

  • Interpret data trends or discrepancies and escalate as necessary to support decision‑making.

Systems & Process Support

  • Develop strong working knowledge of internal systems, including how data flows through tools related to workforce labour and Service Order execution.

  • Utilize system insights to optimize processes and enhance accuracy.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Consult with internal partners and external vendors to gather information, clarify requirements, and recommend solutions.

  • Support changes to contract worker arrangements by updating agreements and facilitating required approvals.

  • Identify and communicate issues affecting Service Orders, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in administration or client service

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field (preferred).

  • Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow (nice to have).

  • Strong capability in data analysis, document management, and accuracy validation.

  • Excellent communication abilities with consistent attention to detail.

  • Resourceful, able to locate information and follow processes with minimal direction.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Collaborative team player with a positive, customer‑focused approach.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
