What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Workday Payroll solutions
- Manage configuration to align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze strategic challenges related to Payroll, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data interpretation.
- Evaluate and implement new functionality with Workday Semi-annual Releases.
- Ensure comprehensive testing of all configuration changes related to Payroll module.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Exercise sound judgment in diagnosing and resolving complex Payroll related issues.
- Manage non-routine tasks independently and effectively while supporting team goals.
What you Bring:
- 1-2 years of HRIS/Workday experience with a focus on Payroll disciplines, complemented by a relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in configuring Workday Payroll module with experience in the Absence module also being a benefit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
