Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for our client in Fort McMurray, AB. Our client is looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual with warehouse experience and forklift operating skills to join a busy and customer-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and providing exceptional service in a warehouse environment.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

• Location: Fort McMurray, AB

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments

• Verify products received and enter receipts into inventory systems

• Perform quality assurance inspections as required

• Organize, store, and relocate inventory within the warehouse

• Pick, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment

• Prepare bills of lading, shipping documentation, and delivery records

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Process returned materials and maintain accurate records

• Maintain warehouse inventory and counter stock levels

• Assist with local deliveries and over-the-counter customer support as needed

• Assemble and disassemble warehouse racks, shelving, and storage bins

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and parking area

• Support preventative maintenance activities for warehouse equipment and vehicles

• Record and escalate customer concerns while providing excellent service

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift certification and experience operating a sit-down propane forklift required

• Basic computer skills

• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order picking is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Customer service experience is considered an asset

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work and working in varying weather conditions

• Experience using hand tools is an asset

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
