Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for our client in Fort McMurray, AB. Our client is looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual with warehouse experience and forklift operating skills to join a busy and customer-focused team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and providing exceptional service in a warehouse environment.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
Verify products received and enter receipts into inventory systems
Perform quality assurance inspections as required
Organize, store, and relocate inventory within the warehouse
Pick, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment
Prepare bills of lading, shipping documentation, and delivery records
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Process returned materials and maintain accurate records
Maintain warehouse inventory and counter stock levels
Assist with local deliveries and over-the-counter customer support as needed
Assemble and disassemble warehouse racks, shelving, and storage bins
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and parking area
Support preventative maintenance activities for warehouse equipment and vehicles
Record and escalate customer concerns while providing excellent service
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse best practices
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift certification and experience operating a sit-down propane forklift required
Basic computer skills
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order picking is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience is considered an asset
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Comfortable performing physically demanding work and working in varying weather conditions
Experience using hand tools is an asset
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
