Create unforgettable moments in an extraordinary environment! Adecco is hiring VIP Attendants to support the elevated guest experience inside Cirque du Soleil’s exclusive VIP tent. If you are energetic, customer‑focused, and passionate about delivering high‑end hospitality, this is your chance to be part of something spectacular.

  • Pay rate: $19.00/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Shifts: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show. Hours will vary. | 5 days per week (subject to change according to the show schedule)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner

  • Responds to customer’s needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations

  • Provides personalized service and uses the customer’s name (where possible)

  • Observes customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintains strict cleanliness of the VIP area

Qualifications:

  • Welcomes guests at the VIP tent entrance with an entrance drink

  • Passes food to guests throughout the VIP tent and the attached terraces

  • Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests (market dependent)

  • Cleans coffee area, food service areas and VIP (in general)

  • Clears and cleans tables of food, drink and general garbage

  • Fills up beverage fridges and food stations

  • Replenishes bars and food stations with napkins and utensils

  • Ensures hand-washing stations are always in order and with soap and paper towel

  • Perform inventory on supplies and food

  • Change garbage, compost and recycle bags, and throw out into assigned bins.

  • Assist dishwasher as needed

  • Prepares VIP area by cleaning, vacuuming and placing furniture

  • Participate in the setup and tear down of the kitchen and catering areas

  • Assist other areas as needed

  • Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)

  • Be physically able to stand up for long hour

  • Understand customer service and hospitality

  • Pay attention to the details, Work fast and efficiently under pressure

  • Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)

  • Work well with others and knows when to get the help of a supervisor

  • Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information

  • Availability for the whole city duration

  • Bilingual in both French and English is an asset

  • Possession of ServeSafe and/or food safety certificates 

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
