The Transport Coordinator will be based out of our world class manufacturing facility in Delta, BC. This role is a 6-month contract, starting May 1, 2026 until October 31, 2026.

Total Compensation: $44,700 - $72,770
Responsibilities
Your role will be to :
- Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling with both PepsiCo drivers and third party common carriers.
- Manage shipments to/from third party warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Develop and maintain transportation driver schedules to support daily operational needs.
- Utilize SAP to extract data, analyze operational performance, and communicate key insights.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Planners and Plant Operations to effectively plan shipments and navigate daily supply chain challenges.
- Track backhaul activity and accurately report associated revenue.
- Work with multiple data sources to extract, organize, and prepare information for safety, operational, and financial reporting.
- Monitor, track, and report carrier costs, ensuring accuracy and visibility to support cost management.
Qualifications
- Completed a degree in a Supply Chain, or similar program considered an asset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work a flexible off shift schedule: including early mornings, evenings,
- Capable of working both autonomously and in a team setting
- Initiative, a positive attitude and the ability to manage through change.
- Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
