Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for positions within our client’s company. This role is ideal for someone with a deep knowledge of the GTA labor market, strong management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Pay Rate: $28.85 - $36.06/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: REMOTE with occasional travel in the GTA

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract with possibility of permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for salaried positions (white collar) - from identifying the need with the manager and HR to the offer or hiring.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs; advise on market trends and candidate profiles.

  • Ensure a high level of service quality and candidate experience throughout the various stages of recruitment.

  • Monitor and audit recruitment KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance standards are met and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our ATS, and ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment practices

  • Create attractive and relevant job postings and job ads; work as a team with your talent attraction colleagues to develop the best visibility strategies

  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies and conduct sourcing on networks such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc

  • Continue developing your expertise by creating your network, increasing the visibility of your social medias, participating in hiring events, etc.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bring over 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition (recruiter) role, preferably in a high-volume or multi-site environment

  • Recruitment in a manufacturing environment is a must

  • Strong knowledge of the GTA labor market and recruitment channels

  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics (SuccessFactors -SAP, Power BI)

  • Excel in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the best possible candidate experience.

  • Be an excellent listener with strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy, effectively supporting your managers throughout their processes

  • Thrive on communication and have a proactive approach to expanding your network and enhancing your talent acquisition expertise

  • Be passionate about learning more about people, their experiences and their development to successfully create the best match between candidate and managers

  • Ability to travel occasionally within the GTA

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
