The Supply Chain group is a dynamic team in which Purchasing, material management, and leadership skills are combined to effectively support our clients. In addition to a solid education focusing on Supply Chain, a strong set of personal competencies is a prerequisite for success. Being a team player and having an ability to interact effectively with client organizations, other disciplines, vendors, and contractors in our taskforce is essential.
This position serves as a Supply Chain Intergraph Smart® Materials (SMAT) Technician as a subject matter expert for a large Procurement and Construction Management Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, management, coordination, training, implementation, and support activities relating to the management of the project SMAT systems and tools and associated documentation (pre-award to close-out) for the Supply Chain in the Home office, Support office and Job Site environments. Additional tasks included:
• Provide general and direct support to other procurement team members and project personnel.
• Applies technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills for all types of SMAT and other interfacing systems data management and issues.
• Provide training and workshops on SMAT and other integrating systems, tools, policies, standards, and methodologies to other project team members.
• Assist with the development, implementation and management of SMAT Procurement reports and dashboards.
• Provided regular reports and updates on systems data (progress, challenges, downtimes, etc) to supervisor
• Plans and executes in support of project operations within plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Integrates and/or coordinates SMAT activities with other project systems and tools.
• Other duties as assigned
