Adecco is currently hiring a full-time driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for our client in Terrace, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising employees, managing inventory, maintaining store standards, and ensuring financial accuracy. This position is ideal for a strong leader with retail experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

  • Pay Rate: $52K to $60K / annually

  • Location: Terrace, B.C.

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.

  • Managing on-site operations, including work schedules and resource allocation, supervision of employees.

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.

  • Order fuel, merchandise, and supplies, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste.

  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Monitor sales, track expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures. 

  • Ensure the gas station and retail store are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail operations, preferably in a gas station or convenience store setting with at least three to five years of experience.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. 

  • Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data. 

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively. 

  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. 

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other computer software. 

  • Clear criminal check and reliable transportation is required.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
