- Pay Rate: $19/hour
- Location: Saskatoon, SK
- Job type: Full-time | 2 weeks, Temporary

- Coordinate and schedule the storage, movement, and shipment of agricultural parts in a manner consistent with established operating procedures and functions
- Improve and maintain the safety, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Confirm the availability of parts for the dealer network by tracking, pricing & determining ETA
- Support dealers in parts search and identification
- Monitor freight rates, lead times & delivery options with brokers to maximize logistics efficiency
- Assist freight/custom broker regarding the import process & transportation of machines
- Schedule deliveries with dealers
- Organize shipments of machines to dealers by truck or container direct delivery
- Supervise assembly if needed to meet delivery expectations
- Support daily activities of the warehouse during busier periods
- Accept and process incoming shipments (goods receipt & put away)
- Enter and process sales orders from our dealers
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Pick, pack & ship customer orders
- Help with administrative tasks related to marketing activities
- Maintain the inventory of show materials and merchandise
- Coordinate the distribution of merchandise and corporate magazine
- Preferred experience in agricultural equipment or related field
- Competent in operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with a commitment to safety
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
- Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills across various channels (email, messaging, phone, and in-person)
- Exhibit a high level of organization and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong technical aptitude, particularly in sorting and filtering information
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, as well as engage in bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs., on a repetitive basis
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
