Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our client’s warehouse team in Scarborough, ON! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient shipping, receiving, and organization of goods within our warehouse. If you have strong leadership skills, are proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

  • Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

  • Location: Scarborough, ON

  • Shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse organization.

  • Determine shipping methods and schedule distribution of goods.

  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.

  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documentation.

  • Maintain accurate internal records, documenting shortages and rejecting damaged goods.

  • Route goods to appropriate storage areas and manage inventory control using inventory software.

  • Pack goods for shipment and unpack received goods.

  • Affix identifying information and shipping instructions to shipments.

  • Supervise the loading and unloading of goods.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating industrial lift trucks, forklifts, and pallet lifters.

  • Knowledge of inventory control software.

  • Counterbalanced forklift training and Forklift Operator Certification are required.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Dependable, accurate, and proactive team player.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
