Why this role is important?
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Project Management team and oversee the delivery of key Cyber Security and Network (CSN) business and technology initiatives. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to plan and deliver strategic programs aligned with business priorities. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of project managers and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and effectively managing risks.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the CSN project portfolio, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and support delivery of the 3-year roadmap.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology and business programs to meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are clearly understood and achieved.
- Identify and manage program risks and issues, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Lead portfolio intake and planning, including facilitating intake meetings and supporting initiative prioritization.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting to track progress and provide insights to leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of full-time and contract Project Managers.
- Track and report on portfolio and program performance, providing updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Define project milestones, delivery timelines, and governance cadence to monitor progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including risk tracking and issue resolution.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure successful outcomes.
What you Bring:
- Proven experience managing large technology programs within Cyber Security, Network, or Technology environments
- Strong understanding of the Project Management lifecycle
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership and team development skill
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both business and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
