Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Proactive Advice Culture (PAC) is a PAC Ambassador and Champion, responsible for the delivery and development of the PAC Program through content curation, presentation materials, and enhanced skills training for Insurance Professionals across RBC, RBCI and externally to clients within the Insurance Industry and ongoing program oversight. You will create and Implement the PAC External Strategy across the Insurance Industry by recruiting clients, creating and delivering program content. You will manage external client accounts through discovery meetings, commitment securing, and ongoing program oversight.

What will you do?

  • Supports the creation of PAC content for training programs, job aids, scripting, and training programs from onboarding to ongoing training ensuring content consistency and accuracy through vetting and collaboration with key partners and stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in third-party distribution models, including extensive knowledge of relationships with Managing General Agents (MGAs) and external advisors
  • Develop and deliver training programs for facilitators delivering the PAC program
  • Lead PAC training delivery and curriculum development: Facilitate, train, and present PAC training (in-person/virtual), design learning curriculums aligned with regulatory guidelines (e.g., Fair Treatment of Consumers
  • Support leaders in meeting PAC Internal and External Strategic goals through collaboration and monitoring reporting and trends
  • Demonstrate PAC value to external clients by aligning with their KPIs and priorities, and customize materials to suit audience-specific need

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience within the Insurance Industry, with a proven track record in managing complex operations or partnerships.
  • Active LLQP license
  • Deep expertise in third-party distribution models, including extensive knowledge of relationships with Managing General Agents (MGAs) and external advisors
  • Advanced facilitation and presentation expertise including transferring theory curriculum into practical applications
  • Excellent partnering skills, strong communication and presence to work with key stakeholders, partners and executives across various LOBs

  • Bilingualism (English and French)

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
