Identify and implement process improvements and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability
Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating with internal and external partners (including procurement, technology and counsel) to resolve escalations and ensure performance quality
Provide strategic consultation to clients and other stakeholders on collection, search and review strategies
Maintain comprehensive tracking, reporting, and analytics to ensure defensibility, manage budgets, and demonstrate program value

Deep expertise in eDiscovery operations (with a minimum of 5 years’ experience) across the full lifecycle from preservation to production, including hands-on knowledge of archiving, processing and review technology
