The Senior Manager, Communications and Delivery, Data & AI Risk, enables the Enterprise Data & AI Risk (DAIR) Program by leading strategic communications, change management, and learning initiatives that build awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Methodology & Operations, Data & AI Risk, this role designs and delivers role-based training and executive-ready materials, coordinates readiness and rollouts for DAIR policies/standards/tools, and tracks adoption insights to strengthen risk culture and execution.

 

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

•Own and execute the DAIR communications, change management, and learning strategy, including roadmap, governance, operating cadence, and success measures, to ensure sustained alignment and timely decision‑making across stakeholders.

•Lead enterprise change management to drive adoption of Data & AI Risk, designing integrated communications and engagement campaigns that influence understanding and behavior across business lines, risk partners, and senior executives.

•Own the end‑to‑end DAIR training and learning lifecycle, setting strategy across needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, reinforcement, and continuous improvement to enable scalable, effective learning.

•Define and maintain the methodology for DAIR strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities, regulatory expectations, and operating realities.

•Deliver role‑based DAIR training at scale, developing tailored curricula and learning assets (job aids, playbooks, micro‑learning, FAQs) and coordinating delivery channels

•Define and track adoption metrics (completion, comprehension, behavior change) and regularly report insights and actions to leadership.

•Develop and quality-check all DAIR communications and executive materials, including reporting, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and plain-language clarity.

•Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Risk and Communications to align messaging, timing, and delivery.

•Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc materials and presentations for the Board, CRO, Risk Committees, and regulators.

•Own and administer the DAIR SharePoint site, including information architecture, content publishing standards, access controls, and ongoing content hygiene.

•Partner with communications, HR/L&D, and risk teams to embed DAIR content into existing enterprise channels and learning platforms

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in business/financial/consulting services
  • Practical experience with communication and change management, and/or training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage large and diverse audiences
  • Experience in designing and developing presentation materials and communicating with Senior Management with strong attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered and incorporated into education and training
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to develop engaging decks and graphics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively build relationships and collaborate with partners
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organization skills and adaptability to manage ambiguity
  • Curious and proactive learner able to solve complex problems, multi-task and manage changing priorities
  • Post-Secondary education completed. Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
