Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

You will be a Senior Manager driving process transformation and technical delivery initiatives across Global Product Control. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, oversee program delivery pipelines, and drive strategic change management while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You'll translate executive vision into actionable strategies, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and capture quantifiable business value from modernization efforts.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead Business Process Management (BPM) Strategy: Analyze and re-engineer business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs; implement process optimization tools, automation initiatives, and standardization programs to align with organizational objectives

  • Manage Program Delivery & Execution: Oversee IT program pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of scalable and resilient technology solutions; manage implementation of automation tools, data platforms, and analysis systems; prioritize workstreams and escalate risks to leadership

  • Drive Transformation Initiatives: Champion large-scale transformation programs including finance modernization and process re-engineering; develop and execute change management strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustained improvements

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Build and motivate teams to deliver complex initiatives; foster collaboration across departments and influence decision-making at senior levels

  • Establish Governance & Accountability: Develop governance structures to oversee program delivery, risk management, and issue resolution; implement performance monitoring systems using PowerBI, Confluence, and JIRA to track metrics and communicate outcomes

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with executive leadership and department heads; act as trusted advisor on process, technology, and change initiatives; conduct engagement sessions to gather requirements and ensure organizational buy-in

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Finance, accounting or Product Control with 2–3 years of experience in business process improvement, process analysis, or operational transformation
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools and strong Excel/data analysis capabilities
  • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives, process re-engineering, and technical delivery programs
  • Strong expertise in BPM methodologies, change management frameworks, and IT program delivery best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Proficiency in process analysis tools, automation platforms, and business intelligence (PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Understanding of generative AI applications in accelerating analysis and solution delivery

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering for business applications
  • Familiarity with project portfolio/pipeline management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Experience quantifying financial benefits from process improvements and transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to RPA, data integration, or process automation technologies
  • Prior Finance, accounting or product control experience.
