Your Role:

• Define and champion the strategic vision for the financing domain in order to improve end-to-end financing process efficiency within the Commercial Banking sector.
• Lead and mobilize a multidisciplinary team of managers and professionals responsible for financing products, projects, and processes.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and operational execution of initiatives, in close collaboration with Operations and Information Technology teams.
• Oversee demand management for projects and initiatives within the financing domain, including prioritization based on impact, costs, and value creation for the organization.
• Monitor financing process performance indicators, including ongoing tracking, analysis of results, and continuous improvement of dashboards.
• Influence and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project progress, effective change management, and continuous improvement of practices.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Have extensive experience in commercial and specialized financing within a large-scale organization.
• Demonstrate strong experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading managers.
• Show expertise in cross-functional project management and process governance.
• Have significant experience in organizational transformation and end-to-end process optimization.
