Job Description
You are equal parts designer and visual storyteller, someone who can move seamlessly from concept to execution while elevating the work at every stage. You bring strong design craft, sharp creative instincts, and a passion for building compelling brand experiences across channels. You’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and driven to create ideas that resonate with customers.
This role requires advanced design and art direction skills across a wide range of print, editorial, social, and digital materials including magazine layout, point of sale, campaign assets, content creation, digital experiences, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept through final execution across editorial, print, digital, social, CRM, and in-store channels
Create original, insight-driven, on-brand creative that aligns with campaign objectives and customer needs
Design compelling editorial layouts and visual systems with strong typography and storytelling
Art direct photography and support content creation in collaboration with internal teams and external photography partners
Create and refine visual assets for campaigns, social content, digital experiences, presentations, and brand communications
Collaborate closely with writers, marketers, strategists, and production teams to bring integrated creative ideas to life
Present creative work clearly and confidently to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Ensure brand standards and creative consistency are maintained across all deliverables
Bring thoughtful design solutions and a strong attention to detail to fast-paced, deadline-driven projects
Contribute to concept development and brainstorming for seasonal campaigns, editorial stories, and brand initiatives
Work closely with production partners to ensure high-quality execution across print and digital outputs
Maintain organized workflow practices and help ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
Monitor design trends, competitor marketing programs, and evolving creative best practices
Support on-set creative needs including layout adjustments, asset selection, and real-time design problem-solving during shoots
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in design, advertising, editorial, or related creative environments
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft across print, editorial, digital, and social
Advanced typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills
Experience art directing photo shoots and collaborating with external production partners
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to execute at a consistently high level
Experience creating work across multiple channels including editorial, social, digital, print, and experiential
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with storyboarding, motion, or video content is an asset
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
