Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s team and help drive business strategy through in-depth analysis, project management, and process improvement. In this role you will support corporate initiatives across diverse areas, including Health and Safety, Real Estate, Environment and Regulatory, Legal, Communications, and Security. Reporting to the Corporate IT Application Manager, this role involves overall project planning, coordination, and execution. The role requires strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage complex business scenarios and dynamic stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in process creation, review, and documentation with stakeholders.
Educate stakeholders on standards, policies, and processes.
Drive and manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously.
Collaborate independently with users and project managers to define workflows and concepts.
Develop requirements specifications, using natural language and standard templates.
Act as a liaison between project, technology, and support teams to align project goals.
Engage and manage stakeholder interactions to support project objectives and deliverables.
Partner with the People Readiness team (OCM, Communications, Learning) to address change impacts and support training content development.
Facilitate the Transition to Operations for services/products developed by the project team.
Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and task analysis.
Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources, distilling high-level and detailed information.
Communicate with internal and external clients to define functional requirements, create workflow diagrams, and prepare context diagrams.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Direct experience in relevant business areas or functions.
Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience is an asset.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Highly effective communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
Ability to stay calm and demonstrate self-awareness under pressure.
