The Opportunity
SAIT is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Projects and Continuous Improvement team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions, helping design and deliver impactful projects that transform processes and enhance institutional performance.
You will work closely with Project Managers on critical and complex institutional projects, and partner with Organizational Change Management Specialists to ensure successful adoption and sustainment of new processes and technologies. You will also contribute to the development of our Enterprise Service Management Strategy and support related process improvements.
The Senior Business Analyst will contribute research, analysis, and insights that help the institution operate more efficiently. You will translate strategic business needs into actionable solutions, assess technical options and risks, and communicate trade-offs to key contacts. From mapping processes and documenting requirements to creating training materials and supporting implementation, you will play a critical role in delivering sustainable improvements that support SAIT’s growth.

Salary Range: $86,000 - $102,000
Paid Leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
Hours Per Week: 37.5
