A career as a senior administration agent in the Real Estate Financing team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in commercial loan administration. Your job
  • Manage the administration of complex files by providing advanced administrative support during professional activities
  • Collect, analyze, and validate data quality to support operations and ensure compliance
  • Independently perform various administrative tasks in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures
  • Respond to requests from partners and stakeholders by delivering high-quality, professional service
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards in deliverables
  • Resolve non-standard situations and recommend solutions to optimize operational processes
Your team
Within the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you will be part of a team of approximately 20 colleagues and report to the Director, Administrative Support. Our team stands out for its expertise, collaboration, and ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to support your work-life balance, including a hybrid work model and adaptable schedule.

Our action-based training programs help you develop and strengthen your expertise. You will benefit from tailored content in transaction finance administration and corporate finance to support your continuous development.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a college diploma or equivalent training and at least four years of relevant experience
  • Have experience in customer service or administrative support within a professional environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of commercial products and services or the ability to quickly learn them
  • Have a good knowledge of technological tools and administrative systems
