Adecco is currently seeking a Safety Attendants for a full-time temporary position in Saint John, NB.

As a Safety Attendants, you will be responsible for monitoring access to the boiler room by signing workers in and out, ensuring proper documentation and safety compliance at all times. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work long shifts while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

  • Salary: $21/hour

  • Location: Saint John, NB

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM

  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary – 1 month

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Sign workers in and out of the boiler room and maintain accurate access records

  • Monitor entry and exit to ensure only authorized personnel access the area

  • Follow all safety procedures and site protocols at all times

  • Maintain clear communication with site personnel and supervisors

  • Ensure the work area remains safe and organized

  • Report any safety concerns or irregularities immediately

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • General labour or construction experience is required

  • Must have CSA-approved safety boots and work gloves

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts

  • Hard hat, safety glasses, and ear protection will be provided on site

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
