Adecco is currently hiring a Project Manager (Construction) for a full-time opportunity in Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional with strong leadership, organizational, and project delivery skills, particularly within residential or high-rise construction environments.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budget, schedule, quality, and resources. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully from preconstruction through completion.

  • Pay Rate: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Schedule: Full-time

  • Contract: Temp-to-perm potential

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycle including budget, schedule, quality, and resource management

  • Prepare and manage project control budgets in collaboration with preconstruction teams

  • Participate in contract negotiations and communicate with owners, architects, and consultants

  • Prepare Letters of Intent and ensure proper contract documentation is in place

  • Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and contract requirements

  • Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions as needed

  • Coordinate and distribute project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and reports

  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and company standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

  • 6–8 years of experience in construction, preferably in high-rise residential projects

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project delivery methods

  • Experience with project management software such as Procore or SharePoint

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and documentation management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage complex projects and maintain accuracy in tracking and reporting

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
