Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading restoration company in Saskatoon, SK, earning $100,000 per year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated restoration professional ready to advance into a leadership role. In this dual-capacity position, you’ll manage restoration projects from start to finish while providing operational oversight for the Branch. The ideal candidate is results-driven, client-focused, and eager to take the next step toward becoming a Branch Manager, contributing to both project excellence and team success.
  • Pay Rate: $100k/year.
  • Location: Saskatoon, SK
  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time
Responsibilities:  
  • Oversee new claims from initial inspection through to project completion, ensuring superior quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of restoration projects including scoping, sketching, estimating, job costing, resource coordination, and communication with clients and adjusters.
  • Set clear expectations with clients regarding timelines and deliverables for emergency services, contents, abatement, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sub-trades to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards.
  • Partner with Project Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely administrative support.
  • Monitor invoicing and collections to maintain healthy project margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, insurance partners, and property managers to drive ongoing business.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to staff across departments.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Approve staffing and overhead costs; coordinate with HR on hiring and training.
  • Resolve escalated issues using professionalism and effective conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper PPE use, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:  
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry.
  • Proven project management success with strong client relationship skills.
  • IICRC WRT certification (required).
  • Background in carpentry, abatement, or water damage restoration.
  • Valid Alberta driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
