Position Overview

This is a unique project opportunity to lead a national project in partnership with Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC), helping advance 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion across the energy sector. Over nine months, you'll facilitate training, engage with employers, and contribute to meaningful change in an industry undergoing transformation. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the program which will include educational programming on the energy sector around 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, and providing training and consultation to energy sector employers.

Reporting to the Manager of Programs, the Project Coordinator, Energy will provide educational programming through webinars, in-person presentations, and consulting support. This project will be done with the support of Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) and is funded by Women and Gender Equality.
