Posting Description
Working as a member of the IMT Service Strategy and Delivery team (SSD), the Project Analyst is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned projects and initiatives to ensure activities are progressing as planned.
Here's What You'll Get To Do
- Coordinate the work of the members of the SSD team
- Maintain timely communications with all team members, Sickkids Staff and vendor staff
- Communicate status of activities
- Conduct team meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes for designated meetings
- Record and monitor risks and issues from discovery through to resolution
- Use internal standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
- Maintain documentation as assigned
- Coordinate activities and tasks across various teams
- Coordinate and maintain logistics required to appropriately conduct workshops / working sessions
- Assist with scheduling activities required
Here's What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Technology Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (i.e., PMBOK) is an asset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Well developed analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
- Hospital experience is an asset
- Demonstrates a commitment to equity, diversity & inclusion
- Experience in project coordination activities in large scale projects is an asset
