Posting Description

Working as a member of the IMT Service Strategy and Delivery team (SSD), the Project Analyst is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned projects and initiatives to ensure activities are progressing as planned.

Here's What You'll Get To Do

• Coordinate the work of the members of the SSD team
• Maintain timely communications with all team members, Sickkids Staff and vendor staff
• Communicate status of activities
• Conduct team meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes for designated meetings
• Record and monitor risks and issues from discovery through to resolution
• Use internal standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
• Maintain documentation as assigned
• Coordinate activities and tasks across various teams
• Coordinate and maintain logistics required to appropriately conduct workshops / working sessions
• Assist with scheduling activities required 

Here's What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Technology Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (i.e., PMBOK) is an asset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Well developed analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
• Hospital experience is an asset
• Demonstrates a commitment to equity, diversity & inclusion
• Experience in project coordination activities in large scale projects is an asset
