Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Program Customer Quality Engineering Analyst join a leading manufacturing organization in Ajax, ON. In this role, you will act as the primary quality focal, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and engineering requirements while driving continuous improvement across multiple functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality‑driven professional with strong experience in manufacturing and a passion for collaboration, problem‑solving, and operational excellence.

  • Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Ajax, ON

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 24-month contract

Responsibilities:

Quality Compliance & Customer Support

  • Serve as the main Quality focal, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, government regulations, and engineering specifications.

  • Lead customer‑driven corrective actions, Quality Improvement Plans, and investigations related to product escapes.

  • Interface directly with customers for product and process documentation, approvals, and technical queries.

  • Manage customer inquiries related to quality issues and product traceability.

  • Support customer audits and provide required documentation.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Supplier teams to improve product quality.

  • Partner with Production Quality and Assembly teams on issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Identify and lead internal quality improvement projects in alignment with business objectives.

  • Prepare and present Quality Performance reports for internal leadership and customer program reviews.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of quality delivery documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong decision‑making abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Aerospace regulatory requirements and quality systems such as AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000.

  • Experience with SAP is an asset.

  • Demonstrated program/project management skills.

  • Hands‑on experience with APQP, SPC, FMEA, and 8D methodologies (asset).

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
